Eugene Gervais (Blois 1825-Blois 1909), painter, also art teacher in Blois, is one of the first curators of the museum of the city. Around a pastel recently acquired, the museum exposes its head-and-shoulders portrait by Alfred Halou, several views of Blois of the artist, the paintings and the especially numerous executed drawings by following the excursions of the artistic company of Loir-et-Cher.
